The Linking Systems of Care for Ohio’s Youth (LSCOY) resource directory was created as a connecting link for families, caregivers, and service providers working with victimized children, youth, and young people across Ohio.

Legal Programs That Assist Crime Victims

  • Advocating Opportunity

    Provides trauma responsive legal services to survivors of labor and sex trafficking.

  • Ohio Crime Victim Justice Center (OCVJC)

    Provides education about crime victim rights, representation in criminal courts, investigation of victim’s rights violations, assistance with victim impact statements and restitution paperwork, and Title IX cases with accompanying criminal case.

  • Marsy's Law

    Marsy's Law for Ohio ensures that victims of violent crimes have the same co-equal rights as the accused and convicted-nothing more, nothing less.

  • Equality Ohio

    Provides legal services for members of the LGBTQ+ community including criminal justice victim support, Marsy's Law representation, and civil protection orders.

  • Legal Aid Programs
